Using Upkeep
By downloading or using Upkeep and this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Upkeep on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the terms of the app store you got it from.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- use the app to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to devices or networks that are not yours;
- use the app or this website in a way that breaks the law.
Games and results
Upkeep is a counting aid. Players remain responsible for the rules and outcome of their games. We are not responsible for a game result that depends on a miscounted or mis-tapped total, a lost connection, or a device that ran out of battery.
Trademarks
Upkeep is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or any game publisher. Game and product names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
No warranty
Upkeep and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Upkeep or this website.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
